As I stand on the doorstep of BoSoma Dance Company’s 20th Anniversary, I find myself pausing to reflect on what BDC has accomplished. Additionally, it’s impossible not to remember all the amazing dancers that have graced our company to inspire my work along with the work of so many other choreographers that have stepped into our studios over the years. 

 

Collaboration has been an integral element of BDC’s vision in keeping dance alive through stage performances and educational programming. The inspiring artists and arts organizations that we have collaborated with over the past 20 years have influenced who we've become as a company, motivating us to create thrilling, meaningful work and share experiences that are accessible to the communities around us.

 

To celebrate this momentous season BoSoma will highlight the past, present, and future of the company, bringing back some fan favorite repertory, as well as premiering some original works. We have many new and exciting things on the horizon, so keep an eye out for more about our 20th Anniversary on our website, social media, and in our emails.
