Erin Green is a dancer local to North Andover, MA, where she began her dance training at Nancy Chippendale’s Dance Studios at the age of 3. She grew up as a competitive dancer and ballerina, performing in productions of The Nutcracker at José Mateo Ballet Theatre and Dance Prism Ballet, as well as traveling with Team USA in 2013 to compete in the IDO World Tap Dance Championships in Riesa, Germany. She later went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with her BFA in Dance from Hofstra University in 2024, where she performed in works set by NYC artists: Doug Varone, Earl Mosely, Larry Keigwan, Rachel List, Robert Cook, Alexandra Williamson, Livia Vanaver, and Janice Brenner. While in college, she was fortunate enough to join Darrah Carr Dance and Seán Curran Company in their 2023 production of Cèilì, commissioned by the Irish Arts Center in New York City. Erin also had the opportunity to bring her choreography to the American College Dance Association in 2024. Throughout undergrad, she honed her teaching skills at multiple studios in North Andover and Long Island, teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical dance to ages 3-16. Since graduating from Hofstra, she continues to train in ballet, modern, and contemporary dance at various Boston-based dance studios.

Currently, Erin is pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at UMass Lowell, with the hope of one day continuing to work with dancers as a physical therapist and bridging the gap between dance and science. Erin is thrilled to join BoSoma Dance Company for her first season.
